CANCELLATION POLICY

THE BLOWOUT LOUNGE Appointment & Salon Policies At The Blowout Lounge, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a professional, consistent, and exceptional experience for all guests, the following policies apply. Reservations & Cancellations A valid credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments. Guests who prefer not to keep a card on file may reserve appointments with full prepayment of the scheduled service. For prepaid appointments, cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit 50% of the prepaid amount. The remaining 50% will be issued as a salon credit, valid for 30 days from the original appointment date. No-show appointments forfeit 100% of the prepaid amount. Late Arrivals Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled. Please note the 10-minute window is a rescheduling cutoff — it is not an extension of your appointment time. Fees for rescheduled late arrivals follow the standard cancellation policy. Guests who demonstrate a repeated pattern of late arrivals, no-shows, or policy violations may have future booking privileges restricted. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service’s retail value. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service’s retail value. Memberships & Packages All cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival fees are based on the full retail value of the reserved service — not the membership or package rate. Before & After-Hours Appointments Limited before- and after-hours appointments may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Photography & Content The Blowout Lounge respects the privacy of all guests and team members. Please refrain from photographing, filming, or creating social media content that features salon staff or other guests without their prior consent. Communication All appointment requests, scheduling changes, cancellations, and general inquiries should be directed to The Blowout Lounge’s business line.
